Job description: Electrical Engineer Opportunity Supporting Cutting Edge Tech!!Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support our Integrated Communications Systems Group division. This team member will support the Hawkeye E2D aircraft communication systems.Responsibilities:– Applying engineering design in digital circuits, analog circuits, and digital audio circuits– Meeting product requirements for performance, packaging, environmental conductions, and verification testing– Work with multiple engineering groups and teams from hardware engineering, mechanical engineering, firmware, FPGA, and software engineering– Participate in concept, design/development, fabrication, test, integration, installation, operation, and maintenance of existing and new systems– Coordinate, conduct, and meet with business partners, clients, and stakeholders– Participate in proposals, conceptual redesign to meet customer requirements, technical volume preparation, and cost estimationSkills Required– BS in Electrical Engineering or relevant degree– 10+ year’s experience with electrical engineering design and development experience.– Experience within Mix Signal Design (Altium is preferred)– Analog and Digital circuit design– Experience or knowledge in embedded software– Customer interfacing experience– Experience supporting DoD or related government agency programsNice to have:– EMI/EMC or TEMPEST experience– Experience with C/C++, VHDL, and LabView– Experience in wireless communicationsWork SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Falls Church, Virginia.Work EnvironmentSmall company with high collaboration and family culture.
