Join them in redefining travel management for the construction industry, ensuring a seamless experience every step of the way.Why does this role exist?The primary focus of this role is to ensure seamless and efficient handling of all incoming inquiries, with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service and accurate management of guest details.The Impact you’ll make
- Drive revenue growth by converting inquiries into confirmed reservations, boosting hotel bookings.
- Enhance customer experience by delivering exceptional service during calls and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Foster client relationships through outstanding support and regular communication.
Your Tasks:
- Answer incoming sales calls from 7 hotels using Dialpad (3-10 calls daily).
- Input guest room block or meeting request details into Monday.com.
- Send follow-up emails to guests confirming their details and callback schedules.
- Ensure all online leads are entered into Monday.com as soon as they are received.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years experience in sales or customer service, preferably in hospitality
- Experience with Dialpad or similar phone systems
- Proficient in using Monday.com for data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to send timely follow-up emails to guests
- Flexible with working shifts to ensure call coverage
- Proactive in managing leads and follow-ups
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or MacOs Ventura and up.
- At least 25 MBPS wired internet connection and a back-up internet
- Working noise-canceling headset
- Working camera
