The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in interior design, with a strong proficiency in 3D software. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions for a variety of spaces, ensuring that client visions are brought to life.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop design concepts and present them using 3D software and visual aids.
- Create detailed design plans, including space planning, color schemes, materials, and furnishings.
- Source furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with design concepts and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate space and provide design recommendations.
- Work closely with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay current on design trends, techniques, and materials to provide clients with the best options.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on using 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software.
