This person will manage development and related talent, partner with operations to build high performing/high value teams, and lead initiatives + company-wide roll outs with success!Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with FTD teams, senior leaders in Operations, and cross-functional teams to build world-class, fully integrated field training & development programs from a strategic growth, performance measurement, and optimization perspective
- Enhance our company as a leading-edge provider recognized for field operations development
- Be a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities & a deep understanding of adult learning principles helping align training and development initiatives with business goals and operations experience
Experience
- Bachelor’s in Training, Education, OD or related
- 8+ years in the Drilling/Oil field industry
- Experience building successful development and training programs
- Managing development and/or related talent management
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for field-based employees
- Ability to lead initiatives and company-wide roll outs with success
- Experience partnering with operations to build high performing, high value teams
- Proficiency in LMS, CMS, e-learning tools, MS Suite, etc.
- Ability to travel to divisions/regions for rig sites
