Job description: Supports revenue and reimbursement billing, collections, tracking of all payers for CSB services for Revenue Management team. Supports revenue and reimbursement billing, collection, tracking, and reporting for over $20 million in client and third-party fee revenues for the community services board. As a member of the revenue management team, provides administrative support to client payment processes, creates, runs, and analyzes reports in automated billing/management information system. Must protect individuals’ confidentiality by adhering with the existing state, local, and federal policies and procedures. Provides oversight and training to other staff involved in postings and denials follow up. - Knowledge and understanding of the programs or activities of the unit served, as well as of the county and departmental administrative guides;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education, experience and training equivalent to high school graduation and three years of experience providing administrative support in the assigned functional area(s).NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry check, and sanction screening to the satisfaction of the employer. A TB screening upon hire.
- This position is emergency/essential services personnel. (Required to report for duty during inclement weather and/or other emergencies.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with mental health billing and follow-ups.
- Experience with Followup software.
- Experience providing administrative support in a behavioral health/medical setting.
- Experience utilizing electronic health records.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in third party billing.
- Coding certification preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, stretch, and lift up to 30 lbs. All duties performed with or without reasonable accommodations.SELECTION PROCEDURE:
