- Engage in architectural design, design development, and documentation.
- Review developer’s architectural documents to ensure compliance with contractual design standards.
- Complete feasibility and concept studies.
- Assist with master planning efforts.
- Provide construction administration services, overseeing project completion.
- Develop As-Built drawing sets for client delivery.
- Create digital renderings and 3D models.
- Take on leadership roles such as project manager and/or job captain if sufficiently experienced.
- Maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and the construction team; answer questions and provide solutions.
- Assist with creating client presentations and interviews.
