Job description: Job Title: Civil DesignerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Civil 3D CAD Technician/Designer to join our team. You will support the design and plan preparation for civil site development projects. Your primary duty will be to develop Construction Documents under the direction of the Project Engineer or Project Manager. Projects include site development, stormwater infrastructure, grading and drainage, erosion control, and utility designs. Specific duties include:– Develop site layouts and create design plans both independently and under the direction of Project Engineers– Develop preliminary grading designs– Develop preliminary utility layouts– Assemble and coordinate plan sets with multiple engineering disciplines, including applicable reference files– Perform redline corrections– Demonstrate expertise with CAD modeling and design tools– Demonstrate expertise in working with client-specific CAD standards– Apply standardized drawing techniques and perform basic quantity and geometry calculations.Hard Skills
