Pay Range: $70 -$75 per hour on W2JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Senior Business Systems Analyst role focuses on enhancing Project & Portfolio Management and Visualization applications through expert SAAS technology application and clear communication skills to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. The individual will act as a strategic liaison between business groups and technology teams, continuously understanding and aligning technology capabilities with business needs. An emphasis on innovation, stakeholder engagement, and efficient change implementation underscores the importance of this position in driving business enablement and process improvements.
- Partner strategically with business groups to align technology with business priorities and serve as a bridge to technology teams.
- Proactively develop and communicate a technology roadmap for Project & Program Management.
- Lead sessions to gather business requirements, analyzing processes to translate into technical requirements.
- Document, manage, and prioritize system enhancements, bug fixes and oversee the change management process including training and support documentation creation.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads and developers through the product development lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of new features.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience with SAAS technologies and application development artifacts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and drive towards successful task completion.
- Customer focused, able to collaborate and influence others to drive actions to meet business needs while maintaining a positive, professional outlook.
- Specific Applications: Asana, JIRA, Airtable, Smartsheets, Lucid, Miro and Figma
