Salary for the Property Accountant: Base salary is up to $60k-$75k, plus bonus and excellent benefits
Salary for the Development Accountant Base Salary up to $85k plus bonus and excellent benefitsProperty Accountant:-In this role, you will handle all the monthly accounting for a portfolio including
-Processing AP/AR and payroll, Performing CAM Reconciliations
-Preparing the 3-page investor report monthly for assigned properties (Spreadsheet, Bank Statement, Leasing Updates)Requirements:-BS in Accounting
-CAM Reconciliation experience
-MRI SoftwarePowered by JazzHR

Expected salary: $60000 – 75000 per year
