Essential Functions
- Performs administrative and clerical duties, which include, but are not limited to, report gathering and management, calendar management for multiple professionals, answering phones, purchasing/ordering supplies, and checking in clients for appointments.
- Provides budget preparation, tracking, monitoring and auditing, payroll processing, travel/expense voucher processing and other accounting and financial tasks.
- Provides human resources\administration (beyond payroll entry), preparation of reports, documents, and presentations, or coordination of complex projects or events.
- Processes requests for student conduct records according to university and federal policy.
- Processes incident report forms, academic record hold requests, Dean Certification requests, and Study Abroad checks.
- Maintains filing system for student records related to conduct, student deaths and general student concerns.
- Advises staff, students, administrators, and clients of standard policies or procedures.
- Serves as point of contact for students or parents who have questions or concerns involving their own going case

- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services

- Associate’s degree

- High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in clerical and administrative support services.
