This remote position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including use cases, process flows, and business requirements documents (BRDs).
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, acting as a bridge to ensure mutual understanding.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to business processes and project implementation.
- Support post-implementation reviews to ensure that projects meet the defined objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the finance, and payments domain.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with remote teams across different time zones.
