They coordinate and monitor activities throughout the project life cycle, from the initial phase to commissioning. They are responsible for proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing suitable solutions to ensure project success within the portfolio.This position will be based in Austin, Texas on a hybrid basis.Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop detailed plans incorporating objectives, deliverables, key milestones, necessary resources, and timelines, considering specific constraints related to renewable energy.
- Portfolio Management: Coordinate with Development, Engineering and Procurement teams to align milestones and tasks across US portfolios. Create project specific schedules and track milestone progress.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate human, financial, and material resources to optimize project performance. Align procurement schedules and long lead items across portfolio to ensure equipment and EPC contracts are procured at the right time.
- Project Stage Monitoring: Coordinate and communicate all project phases, from greenfield to start of construction.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks identified across portfolio.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects have the required HSE and regulatory documentation.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintain transparent communication with various project stakeholders and coordinate activities among involved teams.
- Financial Optimization: Monitor budget, control costs, and optimize expenses across the portfolio to ensure all team members are aligned.
- Reports and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on project progress and document key milestones. Update internal project management systems and support in template creation and PowerPoint presentations
