Administrative Fellows in the Medical Education track will gain exceptional experience and develop an in-depth understanding of academic affairs including program development and management, accreditation and compliance, strategic and financial management, and stakeholder engagement through project work and direct participation in management activities. Sutter Health Fellows gain a broad base of experience and understanding of the challenges facing medical education, building and supporting the health care workforce of the future while developing valuable skills that will help prepare them to move into a wide array of healthcare leadership roles.
