Job description: National, Multi-Office civil engineering firm is looking for a new office leader in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing a civil land development team, overseeing multiple site development projects and creating new business through new and existing office contacts. Must have a BS degree, a PE and at least 10 years of progressive civil engineering design, project management and client interaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager that has advanced in their civil engineering career but has hit a ceiling and is “stuck” because of existing management structures.You will be given the opportunity to lead a small team in Arizona and grow the office and the business as you see fit with ultimate authority to create a profitable office.Requirements:
