Our team is responsible for driving sustainable, firm-wide efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities and building an enterprise multi-year roadmap that can be integrated into financial plans, and improving speed to value. This role will be part of a team that supports business areas in developing plans to achieve OE targets and financial/resource restraints, and collaborates across the firm to support strategies to reach short and long-term objectives. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong business and financial acumen, ability to analyze data, derive insights, translate and make recommendations to stakeholders and exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence leaders.What You’ll Do:
- Using business area plans, evaluate opportunities and progress on achieving OE targets and creation of a multi-year roadmap of OE plans and impact measures
- Identify and evaluate enterprise opportunities based on ROI delivered, benchmarks, KPI achievement and other key levers to help inform OE opportunities
- Work with Senior Leaders in business areas to establish output measurement and functional ROI reporting
- Provide executive leadership support for multi-year plans and strategic initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership, influence, and accountability to a range of stakeholders including executives, business unit leaders, and planning leads; navigate through ambiguity to effectively deliver results
- Partner with support teams (including Finance, Human Capital & Technology) to develop and implement strategies to enable functions to achieve productivity improvements
- Collaborate with Finance to define future year OE targets based on roadmap and financial plans
- Improve enterprise OE measures (efficiency, speed to value, ROI, target achievement, capacity reinvestment, etc) to improve accountability for progress on goals beyond cost reductions

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Master’s Degree/MBA preferred
- At least 5 years experience with one or more of the following: Quality / Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Consulting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sourcing (with relevant certification preferred)
- At least 10+ years experience in a people and/or project leader role required
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to effectively lead change initiatives and exercise influence without authority
- Significant experience evaluating and documenting cost / benefit justification

- 3+ years in an enterprise-level role
- Experience using quantitative data to make decisions, including financial cost benefit analysis
