Job description: Sales Development Representative for Speak_ – a US-based end-to-end pre-qualification and candidate readiness platform (remote)is the end-to-end pre-qualification and candidate readiness platform. They understand that recruiters face a multitude of challenges, so their mission is to alleviate these pain points through innovative HR solutions. Speak_ evaluates candidates asynchronously, saving hours of sifting through unsorted resumes looking for the good ones. Their technology will screen every resume using custom signals and find the most qualified candidates more efficiently.They’re a dynamic company focused on solving these critical issues for recruiters. Currently, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join their small but growing team. You will work closely with , co-founder & CEO, and a few other team members to expand the company’s reach and book high-quality sales demos.If you’re passionate about sales and have a knack for generating leads and booking demos, we want to hear from you. Apply now to join the team and help them grow their sales pipeline!Key Responsibilities:Book at least 4 demo calls per week.Lead generation: identify and build targeted lead lists focusing on HR companies, heads of talent, and recruiting professionals primarily in the US and Europe, with potential expansion to LatAm and Canada.Cold calling: confidently engage with prospects through cold calls, using effective scripts and techniques to generate interest and book demos.Email outreach: develop and execute email outreach campaigns to engage with prospects and nurture leads.Pipeline management: use overloop.com (training provided if needed) for multi-channel outreach and to manage and track your outreach efforts. They currently use instantly.ai for outreach but plan to transition to overloop.com for a more integrated multi-channel approach.Requirements:Fluent written and spoken English.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the SaaS industry, preferably in the US market.Strong cold-calling skills with a track record of successfully booking sales demos.Proficient in LinkedIn and email outreach strategies with a track record of successfully booking sales demos.Familiarity with tools like Instantly.ai and Overloop.com (training will be provided if necessary).Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve outreach strategies.Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.Multitasking skills – you feel confident juggling multiple types of tasks at a time.Persistence – you do not hesitate to write lots of follow-ups or call them when potential clients are not answering, and you will continue reaching out to them until you get a clear yes/no response.Excellent organizing skills – you track each step in the system, always check that everything is done on time, never forget about clients and proactively follow them up, always put all the needed information into the needed folders/databases, etc.Working hours:To make sure you can work with clients in the US and your team members, we’ll need you to be ready to have an approximate schedule of working from 9 am to 5 pm your local time zone ( ).What we offer:Full-time job (8 working hours per day, 5/2).Remote work.
