- 4-year degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the industry of vacuum coating equipment, architectural glass, solar, semiconductor, or display markets
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in direct, customer-facing sales
- Knowledge of rotary magnetron sputtering processes
- Experience with vacuum coating equipment and design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make effective presentations, work within teams, lead others, and travel up to 50%
