The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in land development projects, and hold an EIT or PE license (preferred). This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, contributing to the growth and success of our clients and the community.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee land development projects, including site planning, grading, drainage, and utilities.
- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and environmental scientists.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate project approvals and construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land development engineering.
- EIT or PE license preferred.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Strong knowledge of land development processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
