Pay Rate Range:$50 – $55Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of vendors, both office and field, contracted to deliver program services.
- Manage employee performance.
- Ensure vendor and employee compliance with safety protocols and practices.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams, including Customer Care, Contracting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT, etc., to deliver program services.
- Enhance program delivery and customer experience, and resolve business and customer issues.
- Develop and maintain processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with requirements for approved programs.
- Provide oversight for business controls, process improvement, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate invoice processing.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automate where possible.
- Monitor program Key Performance Indicators to ensure program delivery meets business plan expectations.
- Prepare and present program and project status reports to senior management.
- Assist with special projects as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Energy Efficiency Programs.
- Experience with Utility, Electric, Electrical, Gas, or Energy Companies.
- More than 10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
