Responsibilities IncludeImplement strategic recruitment initiatives to identify top talent
Conduct professional interviews using structured scripts and digital platformsLeverage social media and digital marketing to generate high-quality leadsGuide candidates through the onboarding process with professionalism and careCollaborate with a dynamic global team across various time zonesEngage in ongoing personal and professional developmentProvide 1 on 1 coaching to team members, usually delivered online via zoom as well as inspiring them to reach their full potential.
