Hours: ~20 hours/weekAbout the RoleWe are a dynamic and fast-growing E-commerce/DTC brand in the home goods and furniture space, looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our Instagram growth. Your focus will be on creating high-impact Reels and engaging video content to build brand awareness and drive performance.This is a freelance, part-time position (approx. 20 hours/week) with flexible hours and the opportunity to shape our brand’s voice and visibility on social.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Instagram-focused social media strategies with an emphasis on viral Reels and video content.Manage our Instagram account—driving engagement, growing followers, and maintaining a strong brand presence.Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align content with brand and business objectives.Analyze social performance metrics and iterate on strategy based on what works.Create and edit original, engaging, and shareable video content.What We’re Looking ForMust-HavesProven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts , ideally for DTC brands .Strong video editing skills and proficiency with relevant software/tools.Track record of creating performance-driven, engaging content.Deep understanding of E-commerce social strategy and consumer behavior.Proficiency in English (fluency required).Nice-to-HavesBonus points if you have a dog 🐶Proficiency in Dutch or German .Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, or Australia .Additional InfoCompensation and scope are negotiable and will be finalized during the interview process.You’ll have the chance to shape a growing brand’s social presence from the ground up.Think you’re a great fit?
