If you’re an experienced technician ready to lead field operations, mentor team members, and take ownership of high-profile commercial projectsâthis is your next step.What Youâll Be Responsible For
- Running day-to-day activities of access control installations on active commercial job sites
- Installing, terminating, and troubleshooting access control hardware: maglocks, electric strikes, card readers, REX devices, panels, and more
- Reading and executing from blueprints, schematics, and scope documents
- Leading crews and coordinating with other trades and project managers
- Performing testing, commissioning, and walkthroughs
- Supporting job documentation and progress tracking
- Coaching and developing entry-level and mid-level technicians
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards and site safety requirements
Who Weâre Looking For
- 3+ years of access control and security system installation experience in commercial environments
- Hands-on crew leadership or supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage cabling, device termination, and troubleshooting
- Skilled at reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Clear communicator with solid organization and time management abilities
- Must have valid driverâs license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Open to day, night, or weekend shifts based on project needs
