Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)Required:
- Experience as a UX Designer, with Salesforce;
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud;
- Experience with out of the box features and functions within specific Salesforce products;
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning web components / concepts including flex cards, omniscripts, lightning flows, pagination, etc;
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work;
- Experience in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD;
- Bachelors Degree.
Preferred:
- Salesforce UX Designer certification.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements, user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze data to inform design decisions;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Salesforce applications;
- Ensure designs are user-friendly and meet business requirements;
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals;
- Apply branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all Salesforce applications;
- Create detailed design documentation, including user flows, design specifications, and guidelines to support development and implementation;
- Ensure designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
