Job DescriptionProduct designer to work with international, multi-cultural design team. Strong understanding of outdoors/camping industry. Position will require international travel.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduct
- Create original designs for products that help achieve sales, performance, brand and quality goals.
- Understand markets and trends to identify new products while maintaining brand identity and business strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Sourcing teams to ensure designs will achieve pricing and manufacturing goals.
Brand
- Create marketing materials for the company that elevate our brands in our presentation to buyers and the marketplace
- Provide sketches, mock-ups, design boards and presentations.
Packaging
- Ensure brand style guides are followed on all packaging efforts based on customer direction.
Photography
- Execute all company photography efforts, ensuring high quality images that promote our products and brands and support our customers. This includes studio shots, both on and off model, as well as outdoor field shots for use in digital and print marketing, including social media.

- 3 years of experience in graphic design and photography
- Extensive Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
- PLM experience a plus
- Strong understanding of the family camping and outdoors industry
