- Provides administrative support to the Department of Patient Experience and to the Director.
- Assists Patient Experience Advocates with tasks as needed.
- Duties include, but not limited to, answering phone, creating and maintaining files and records, disseminating information, maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assists with daily rounding preparation as well as participating in rounds as needed.
- Interacts and coordinates the work of the department with other hospital departments.
- Assists in clerical organization of the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC).
- Is responsible for scheduling coverage of the Patient Experience Department as well as maintaining PLT/LTS etc., calendar.
- Is responsible for the coordination of the Patient and Family Advisors volunteer Program, and coordination of volunteers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience:
- Two (2) years job related experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Two (2) to five (5) years job related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel.
- Expert competency with the computer.
- Excellent typing skills with minimal errors.
- Very strong organizational skills.
