Education/ Certification Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Work Experience Mandatory:
- 12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or enterprise IT leadership.
- Expertise in Linux/Windows administration, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GovCloud), and virtualization technologies.
- Strong background in network security, cybersecurity compliance, and DoD IT policies.
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
Education/Certifications Nice To Have:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Familiarity with Space C2 platforms, ATLAS monitoring system, and secure communications networks.
Work Experience Nice To Have:
- Experience with hybrid cloud solutions, software-defined networking (SDN), and large-scale data center operations.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Strategy & Systems Engineering: Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with Space C2 operational requirements.
- Enterprise Network & Cybersecurity Management: Architect secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions for mission-critical operations.
- Operations Oversight & Incident Response: Provide Tier 3 engineering support for infrastructure-related incidents and mission-critical outages.
- Agile-Based Reporting & Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of Infrastructure Engineers, System Administrators, and Network Architects.
