Job description: GPS is currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator for an immediate position in the Orangeburg, SC area. Why you should apply:

What you will do:
- Provide essential administrative support to a department director.
- Assist in various departmental activities, projects, and programs.
- Aid in preparing and monitoring department budgets.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.
- Perform financial activities such as preparing spreadsheets and grant reimbursement requests.
- Serve as a liaison for human resources tasks within the department.
- Maintain the director’s calendar and schedule of activities.
- Process a variety of documentation associated with operations.
What you need:
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Two years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping/related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
