Job description: Job Description :Senior Cleaning Technician – Auburn & Northern Fort Wayne, INJack Laurie GroupJack Laurie Group is seeking an experienced Senior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations in Auburn, IN, and Northern Fort Wayne, with occasional responsibilities in surrounding towns. We are looking for a commercial cleaning professional with training experience and preferred management experience.Pay & Schedule:
- $15 – $18/hour, based on experience
- Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 1:00am
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Perform commercial cleaning duties in various facilities
- Train and mentor new cleaning technicians
- Conduct site audits to ensure cleaning standards and protocols are met
- Deliver supplies and materials to various job sites as needed
- Meet with higher management for strategy discussions and operational improvements
- Ensure steady operations and address any staffing or cleaning issues
- Maintain strong relationships with employees and clients
- Support the team by covering shifts when necessary
Requirements:
- Commercial cleaning experience required
- Training experience required
- Management experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites in Auburn, Northern Fort Wayne, and surrounding towns
