Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction Electrical Project Manager
- Strong background in commercial, medical, design-build, tenant improvements, and ground-up projects
- Extensive expertise in project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
- Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and securing projects
- Ability to manage a profitable portfolio
- Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, Accubid, and other estimating software
- Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
- College degree preferred, but not required
