If you are looking to be part of a collaborative team that works hard together and plays hard together, reach out now!Primary role is to provide engineering design & leadership for land development projects.What You Will Be DoingYou will prepare site civil development plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and a variety of other engineering softwareWhat You Need for this Position
- Candidate should have 5+ years of relevant Civil Design experience
- Ideal candidate would already have their PE, OR already be registered and planning to sit for the PE exam within 3-6 months
- Candidate should have some Project Management exposure and be ready and willing to grow into a Project Management type role within 12-14 months.
- Candidate should be comfortable reviewing and QA/QC-ing plans, be able to sign and seal documents (if a PE)
- Candidate should be comfortable with client and jurisdiction interactions on a regular basis
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 (a PE with some PM experience would garner the higher end of that range with exemplified experience, whereas a 5+ design engineer without a PE would be closer to the low end – so advertising a smaller range based on the candidate might be advised)
