The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization.HR Business Partner, Infrastructure Data Center ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team buildingProvide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organizationProactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutionsProvide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needsDrive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plansManage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the yearIntegrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the businessPartner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and executionWork closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as neededDesign and facilitate team and offsite meetings as neededParticipate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community25%-50% frequent travel to data centers located across the US and parts of EMEA will be requiredMinimum Qualifications8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner/Programs or equivalent roleDemonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the businessEffective communication and critical thinking skillsDemonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion workDemonstrates project management and change management experienceDemonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teamsExperience using data to identify insights that drive actionExperience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scaleDemonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problemsConsulting, coaching and facilitation skillsPreferred QualificationsBA/BS degreeLocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
