Incumbents ensure correct maintenance and construction practices for protection and control equipment. Supervisors and Superintendents oversee teams working on projects within a specific region or may be assigned to teams working on larger, complex general projects throughout the service territory. The leaders provide safe and reliable electric service while maintaining NERC compliance with all regulatory bodies and all safety regulations. Leadership oversees protection system, the testing of the system, and the associated documentation to meet compliance. The leaders fully implement and hold subordinates accountable for safety best practices and adherence to the safety accountability model.This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.ReportingThis position reports to the Sr. Director, T&S Engineering & Test.Job Responsibilities

CompensationPG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.We estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed within this reasonable compensation range (Bay Area range: $196,000 to $283,000; CA range: $187,000 to $270,000.) The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis based on the factors listed a. This leadership role is also eligible for an annual Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) award, as well as the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) award.
