Compensation Range: $40 – 45 per hourWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Manager / Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee project lifecycles, and serve as a critical connective tissue between accounts and our broader marketing organization. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining timelines, and keeping stakeholders informed across various marketing channels, with a current focus on promotions and paid media.This is a hybrid role, onsite Monday-Thursday in Miami, FL.Responsibilities:
- Manage client project requests from initial concept to final delivery.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure project efficiency.
- Prioritize and balance multiple project workstreams.
- Communicate project status to marketing leadership and internal teams.
- Connect individual account needs with broader marketing initiatives Required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
- Proven track record in account service and project management.
- Experience working in matrix organizational structures.
- Strong understanding of paid media and promotional marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workfront or similar project management software experience.
- Background in paid media and promotions.
- Creative industry experience.
