And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.Job SummaryThe Vice President, Commercial & Business Development, has full ownership and accountability for developing, leading, executing and managing all commercial, business development, product management and marketing efforts to support the Proprietary Device and Development Services aligned with the growth strategy across the DDD (Drug Delivery Devices) Operating Unit (OU). This role will drive customer insights into solutions that deliver new customer opportunities for Device Solutions, Combination Products and Administration Systems, coupled with new product segment platforms. The key focus area of the role will be to drive organic product and services revenue, with existing and new customers across all product segments of DDD OU. This person will be an SME for all West Device offerings and be held accountable for financial revenue performance aligned to the budget and longer-term strategic plan. This position will serve as a strategic role in the formation and execution of the commercial strategy for the DDD OU within West. Key to this role will also be to guide products from initial concept to market success that calls for a blend of strategic thinking, customer understanding and cross functional collaboration to ensure overall success.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
