The End User Computing (EUC) Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable desktop management solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Windows Autopilot for desktop imaging and managing large-scale device rejoining processes. The architect will work closely with IT operations, support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless end-user experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement EUC architecture leveraging Windows Autopilot for desktop imaging.
- Lead the rejoining and onboarding of 10,000+ EUC devices into the enterprise environment.
- Develop and maintain imaging workflows and automation scripts for device provisioning.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and optimize device deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and configuration standards across all EUC devices.
- Monitor and report on device health, performance, and user experience metrics.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to EUC support and engineering teams.
- Stay updated with the latest EUC technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in EUC architecture and desktop management.
- Proven expertise in Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Experience managing large-scale device rejoining and provisioning projects.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS deployment, imaging, and configuration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
