– This is an individual contributor role that will be a key member of the company’s L&D team
– Will design, develop, and implement a variety of learning processes/programsREQUIREMENTS:
– 5+ years of experience in L&D and/or talent management
– Strong strategic experience designing, developing, leading, communicating, and implementing various L&D and/or talent management initiatives, projects and processes
– Very knowledgeable of Instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning technologies
– Experience with companies of 5,000 or more employees
