Responsibilities include managing builder and commercial partners agreements and relationships, forecasting and delivering land development and sales goals, managing project entitlements, land development and major infrastructure projects to support sales goals and managing costs and schedules to align with forecasts or providing justification for variances.Your Key DeliverablesEntitlements and Land Development

Must Haves10+ years of experience in land developmentExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate with customers, team members, and external partnersResponsible, well organized and have an extremely high attention to detailStrong relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsStrong project management skillsProven ability to exercise good judgement, and demonstrate high standards of ethicsAbility to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with dynamic priorities and deadlines and in collaboration with othersProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, BlueBeam and SmartSheet / Microsoft ProjectValid WA Driver’s LicenseNice to HavesBachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or FinanceExperience with master planned communitiesYour Opportunity – USWe are proud to offer our employees what they value most:
