We are an Article 31 Community Medical Center committed to providing high-quality behavioral health services to a diverse and expanding patient population.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated LCSW who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about client-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Provide individual and group therapy for a range of mental health conditions, including:DepressionAnxietyPTSDBipolar DisorderMarriage & Family CounselingPlay TherapyConduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plansCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic careParticipate in ongoing professional development and clinical trainingProvide clinical supervision to LMSWs and/or LMHCs as neededQualifications:Current NYS LCSW LicenseStrong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in supervision or a willingness to provide supervision to junior clinicians * Spanish-speaking
