We are seeking a talented Bentley OpenPlant Mechanical Designer to join our team and contribute to high-impact projects shaping the energy landscape of tomorrow. In this role, you will develop complex design models and construction drawings, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D design models and construction drawings using Bentley OpenPlant and OpenBuildings.
- Coordinate BIM models across multi-discipline teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Bentley ProjectWise for project management and collaboration.
- Support engineering staff in delivering detailed plant designs for various energy projects.
- Collaborate effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Bentley OpenPlant and OpenBuildings.
- Strong knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise.
- Experience with Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Minimum 5 years experience producing complex BIM models and construction drawings in an engineering or consulting environment.
- Experience with plant design; knowledge of simple cycle power plant mechanical systems is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to projects with EPC or A&E firms, including medium to large organizations in the energy sector.
