Job description: Business Development Representative – Restoration IndustryGPAC is partnering with a respected restoration company in Atlanta, GA, seeking an experienced Business Development Representative. This person will drive revenue through client acquisition and relationship management in both commercial and residential restoration.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong client relationships in restoration marketsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and referralsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project successRepresent the company at client meetings and industry eventsAchieve or exceed sales and business development goalsMaintain accurate records of client activity and communicationQualifications:Proven success in sales, marketing, account management, or business development within restoration (mitigation, roofing, fire/water, reconstruction, etc.)Excellent relationship-building and communication skillsMotivated, goal-driven, and organizedKnowledge of restoration processes and client needsAbility to thrive in a family-oriented, team-first cultureCompensation & Benefits:Base salary up to $100,000 (plus commission potential)Company car + gas cardCompany phone + laptop401(k), PTO, and full benefitsFamily-oriented culture that values work-life balanceMonthly catered lunches & company outings<
