We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and client growth within the ground-up development sector, representing specialty materials and installation packages used across large-scale construction projects.You’ll own a geographic territory (either New York or New Jersey), build relationships with developers, GCs, and contractors, and expand business through consistent outreach, follow-through, and project pipeline development.This role combines hands-on relationship management, territory expansion, and project acquisition. You’ll travel between job sites, identify new construction opportunities, and work closely with internal estimating and logistics teams to ensure smooth bidding, coordination, and delivery.Requirements
