Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior TechniciansOversee development and implementation of individualized treatment plansEnsure services are compliant with ethical and regulatory standardsConduct case reviews, audits, and monitor clinical quality assuranceCollaborate with families and staff to promote client progress and satisfactionOffer ongoing training and mentorship for clinical staffSupport the onboarding of new cliniciansQualifications:
Must hold an active clinical license in Connecticut (e.g., BCBA-D, LBA, or similar)Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy or related clinical leadershipDemonstrated experience in supervising BCBAs, BTs, and RBTsStrong background in developing and overseeing treatment plansExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsComfortable working in a remote environment with virtual toolsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50.00 – $120.00 per hourBenefits:
