- Produce high-quality renderings and 3D models using Rhino.
- Contribute to schematic design and design development phases.
- Develop and complete construction documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Rhino is required.
- Experience in Architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural design.
- Strong technical skills in architectural design, schematic design, and construction drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in design development and construction document preparation.
Work EnvironmentJoin a 75-person full-service architecture, engineering, and planning firm located in downtown Chicago. The team works in the office four days a week, with the flexibility of remote work on Fridays. This role begins as a minimum 12-week position, with potential for extension based on workload and performance.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, Illinois.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
