Salary: $95,000 to $105,000 depending on experience and location.Position Overview:
We are hiring an HR Business Partner to join our leadership team and help scale our rapidly expanding healthcare business. You will work closely with executives and frontline leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and talent planning support.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a key advisor to department heads and leadership on all people-related mattersLead employee relations including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy enforcementManage and execute open enrollment processes and benefits communicationPartner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and coordinate with recruiting teamsSupport organizational change initiatives and talent development effortsEnsure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment law complianceHelp drive employee engagement and improve retention through proactive HR strategiesQualifications:5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in operations or multi-site environmentsProven success in employee relations, benefits management (including open enrollment), and HR complianceStrong collaboration skills and ability to influence leaders at all levelsExperience working with recruiting teams to align hiring plans with business goalsComfortable in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environmentsPHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferredIf you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.Powered by JazzHR
