As Manager Business Process Management, you will lead process transformation across North America Inbound operations. Evaluate and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across North America operations.OWN REPORTING AND METRICS STRATEGY
Lead dashboard development, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.COLLABORATE ACROSS FUNCTIONS
Engage with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.STANDARDIZE AND DOCUMENT PROCESSES

- Experience in international transportation or logistics

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP), WMS, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with BOTs, Power BI, and coding
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
