Compensation Range: $45 – 50 per hourWe are seeking a proactive and collaborative Design Project Manager to oversee multiple moderate-scale, high-priority projects. This role guides cross-functional teams through the design workflow, ensuring projects meet milestones and are accurately documented. You will manage the timely delivery of brand guidelines, toolkits, templates, and creative assets, coordinating effectively with both internal stakeholders and external agency/freelance partners.Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and manage several moderate scale, high-priority projects.
- Guide and facilitate project teams through the Design project workflow process and ensure that activities are properly completed for each assigned milestone.
- Push project status summaries up to Design Leadership, so they are aware of portfolio and/or segment health.
- Support project team in ensuring that project information (such as scope, goals, resource analyses) are properly documented and archived in the portfolio database.
- Foster strong positive relationships with peer groups and key stakeholders within Design and external partners.
- Share and learn best practices within Design to help improve project team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain portfolio management database for data completeness and accuracy.
- Analyze portfolio data to create reports and dashboards for your segment.
- Manage timeline and delivery of brands, guidelines, Toolkits, and creative assets.
- Manage timeline and delivery with freelance and agency partners.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: 5-7 years in a role such as Creative Project Manager, Design Project Manager, or Design Program Manager.
- Brand Focus: Experience working with Design/Creative Brand teams is required. This includes managing brand equity & guidelines projects, brand concepts, brand creative, and brand templates. Experience with digital product design is not the focus of this role.
