Job description: Career & Professional Development Specialist!Approximately 1 Year Contract***Hybrid position with travel to Corporate Office in Reading, PA 2-3 times a week***Position Summary:The Career and Professional Development Specialist supports the team through the proactive oversight of client-facing services. The Specialist acts as a main point of contact for the team and helps ensure internal clients are receiving accurate and timely responses to their requests and questions.Responsibilities
- Oversee the PCD inbox, responding in a timely manner to client requests
- Review and respond to incoming tuition reimbursement requests against policy
- Act as main point of contact for tuition reimbursement questions
- Manage the intake process for incoming development requests, assigning a consultant and ensuring timely client response
- Administer Oracle Learning platform for the team (importing courses, building learning plans, reporting, course completions, enrollment status, etc.).
- Produce a monthly and quarterly dashboard of PCD activity
- Research and curate professional development resources (ex., experiences, learning solutions, activities) that align with associate needs
- Serve as project manager for team projects (create Gannt chart project plans, ensure timely communication and completion of tasks)
- Support onsite events (room reservation, material procurement, printing, technology and catering arrangements, event set up and break down, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Expert Microsoft Office Skills
- Advanced in Smartsheet
- Oracle Learning experience a plus
- Tech savvy
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
- Must be customer-centric with excellent interpersonal skills
Expected salary: $28 – 32 per hour
