- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience designing conversational interfaces or virtual agents, preferably in the telecom domain.
- Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and testing.
- Proficiency in Python for developing webhook services and automation scripts.
- Strong understanding of GCP architecture and services relevant to CCAS.
- Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend integration patterns.
- Familiarity with telecom systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and IVR.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Contact Center AI specialization).
- Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
- Knowledge of telecom-specific challenges such as call routing, number portability, and service provisioning.
- Experience with analytics tools for conversational performance tracking.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking. Hands on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights.
