Compensation Range: $100,000 – 120,000 per yearOur client is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to spearhead and own the entire lead generation engine. This is a high-impact role for a Marketing expert who thrives on cross-functional project management and ensuring a consistently fueled pipeline of qualified healthcare professional leads (NPs and PAs).Responsibilities:
- Own the Marketing Calendar and entire Lead Generation process from inception to sales hand-off, consistently fueling the pipeline with qualified NPs and PAs.
- Manage the end-to-end execution flow of lead-driving campaigns.
- Ensure frictionless lead capture and booking flows on the website, working closely with the Full-Stack Developer and CRO Specialist to optimize forms and CTAs.
- Serve as the cross-functional glue and primary project manager, collaborating with paid media, content, development, and CRO to maximize lead volume and quality.
- Directly manage the Social Media Manager, ensuring organic channels support lead generation and brand awareness goals.
- Own the operational configuration and integrity of Hubspot CRM/Marketing Hub as the primary source of truth for lead data and marketing activities.
- Run and optimize nurture funnels (retargeting, lifecycle email campaigns, and content initiatives) within Hubspot to improve conversion rates and lead quality prior to sales hand-off.
- Coordinate strategic tests, such as competitor conquesting campaigns and referral incentive programs, ensuring all activities are correctly tracked and attributed in Hubspot.
- Own parts of the marketing analytics stack (Google Analytics, Hubspot dashboards) to measure and attribute lead sources.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Proven, hands-on experience in Lead Generation for a fast-paced B2C start-up, with a focus on web-based lead capture.
- Expertise in Hubspot CRM/Marketing Hub-including advanced configuration, list management, email workflows, and reporting specifically for lead generation.
- Incredible ability to communicate clearly and a knack for building trust cross-functionally as the team scales.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to organize complex, multi-channel campaigns (using tools like Asana).
- A resourceful, self-directed approach-someone who can drive the lead engine with minimal supervision.
