You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and managing IT projects, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.What you will do:
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements for IT projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure alignment and clarity of scope and deliverables.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities, resources, budget, and risks.
- Manage project communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
- Conduct testing, user acceptance, and training for IT solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and feedback.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst and project manager in IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation.
